One of the biggest misconceptions about training is that it’s only for people who are already fit.
But that’s backwards.
Nobody gets stronger, fitter, or more confident by waiting until they’re “ready.”
The purpose of training isn’t to prove how fit you are. It’s to help you become fitter than you are today.
Whether your goal is keeping up with your kids, having more energy, feeling stronger, or moving without aches and pains, the process is the same:
Start where you are.
Build gradually.
Stay consistent.
