High-energy barre classes for all fitness levels. Combines elements of dance, Pilates, and yoga. No dance experience required.

Barre combines elements of dance, Pilates, and yoga to build muscle strength, flexibility, and body awareness. It is a new way to tone the body by using isometric training to burn deep into the accessory muscles. This full body workout is intense and fun at the same time, with movements choreographed to upbeat music.

I’m back! 🥰❤️

Back online after getting married and heading up Island for our honeymoon with limited cell service. We had the most wonderful time, but I definitely missed you all!

I’ll be away from the studio and offline from August 16–26 for my honeymoon! ❤️
