We are a fitness school in Victoria BC offering affordable fitness sessions designed specifically for small groups. Our gym space has equipment for all fitness levels and modifies our sessions for what is right for your fitness goals. Couples are welcome or just you and a friend, with after work sessions offered. Since we got back to regular online and in class sessions in September the enthusiasm from my clients during our classes has been amazing. It has been so uplifting to witness the eagerness and focus displayed by all in our sessions.

We have had a great start to October. Let's keep it up. It is fantastic to see a people in the studio again. We are still adhering to the Covid protocol of course, and online live classes continue as well.
