WHY I LOVE YOGA with Lisa Brown
Listen as our incredible teacher Lisa, shares why she loves yoga. Lisa was originally introduced to yoga as a therapeutic aid during recovery from an injury. It was during this time that the practice itself provided an unexpected benefit, a deeper grounding of her values and connection to self.
The distinct connection between the mind and body are highlighted during Lisa’s classes. She encourages her students to move through each class as a means of creative exploration, with the hopeful intent it will culminate deeper wellness, as well as revealing introspective experience.
