Yesterday’s Art Run gave us a whole new way to experience Vancouver’s seawall. 🎨🏃‍♂️

We run past these pieces all the time, but rarely stop to notice the stories behind them.

A huge thank you to Holly Holly Schmidt for putting the run together and sharing so many interesting facts along the way! ❤️

100KM. One incredible challenge. 💪🔥

Huge congratulations to our Striderz crew and everyone who took on the T100 Vancouver — 2K swim, 80K bike, 18K run. 🏊‍♂️🚴‍♀️🏃‍♂️

A day of pushing limits, stepping outside our comfort zones, and proving we’re capable of more than we think.

And a huge thank you to the T100 Triathlon World Tour T100 organizers, volunteers, and everyone behind the scenes for bringing such an incredible event to Vancouver! 🙌❤️

Proud of this crew and this community!

Big shoutout to everyone from Striderz run club who got up early and volunteered at Water Station 5 for SeaWheeze Half Marathon SeaWheeze today. You brought the water, the cheers, the energy and A LOT of noise! 😂🔥

This is what community is all about — showing up for each other and having a great time doing it.

And we weren’t only cheering today… we had some of our own crew out there racing too! 👀🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ More on them next!

Another unforgettable day on the trails. 🥾⛰️

Amazing views, great conversations, lots of laughs, and a few new friendships along the way during our hike in Bowen Island. Thank you to everyone who came out and made yesterday’s hike so much fun.

Already looking forward to the next adventure. If you’ve been thinking about joining us, this is your sign. We’d love to have you out on the trails!

Another fantastic day at the Summerfast10k! 💗

Today was about so much more than running. 💙

A huge congratulations to every Striderz runner who took on the .ca Beneva Half Marathon today. Whether you chased a PB, crossed the finish line for the first time, or simply refused to give up, we’re incredibly proud of you.

A special thank you to our amazing volunteers who spent their morning cheering, handing out water, and lifting every runner’s spirit. You showed what the Striderz community is all about. 🩷

A huge thank you to the incredible event organizers for putting together such a fantastic race. Your hard work, dedication, and attention to every detail made today an unforgettable experience for all of us.

Big congratulations to the Striderz run crew who took part in the Whistler Half Marathon and 5K yesterday! 🎉

Strong performances, big smiles, and plenty of great memories captured along the way. We’re proud of everyone who showed up, put in the work, and enjoyed a fantastic day with the running community.

A huge thank you to the organizers and volunteers for putting on such an awesome event. We’re already looking forward to the next one!
