Real talk: we seldom see tire flips programmed- so yesterday was a little treat! Many of our long term members even remarked that it was their first time!

Look at this hefty list for May’s Committed Club!

We don’t really need to point out how absolutely wild May can be. BUSY is an understatement... between Seeding, Ball, Dance, Grad season, Yard work, Family commitments (the list goes on).

It’s all about longer days and fuller calendars.

And yet...
This group of members still found a way to show up 15 or more times this month.
They didn’t make it work because it was convenient or because they had extra time.
They simply chose to prioritize themselves.

Every name on this list represents a commitment to health, wellness, and consistency, even when life gets hectic. That's something worth celebrating.
We're so proud of this crew and the example they set for our community. Showing up isn't always easy, but it's amazing what can happen when you keep putting one workout, one class, and one good choice in front of the next.

A huge thank you to Rise + Grind for continuing to support our members through our monthly Committed Club draw. Your partnership means so much, and we love celebrating the connection between two local spaces that care deeply about community 💛☕

A Wall Sit is that deceptively evil exercise where you lean your back against a wall and slide down until your knees are bent around 90 degrees… like you’re sitting in an invisible chair 😅

Then you hold.

Buns burning.
Questioning your life choices.
Maybe even cursing your coach a little bit.
But somewhere in the suffering… knowing there must be a reason for this?! 😂

And there is.

Wall sits are an isometric exercise, meaning your muscles are working HARD without actively moving. They help build muscular endurance, support knee strength and stability, and apparently also build character.

(And yes… the weighted plate pass is a particularly evil little touch.)

So no, we aren’t just torturing people for fun

KW is well known to roll into the gym like an absolute tornado of determination.

Busy mom of two in tow, she somehow manages to jump into class, hang a baby swing on the rig, crush the workout, and disappear back into life at full speed.

Make no mistake… she MEANS business.
There is no half-assing when she walks into class.

The lifts are heavy, the movements thoughtful.. it's like poetry in motion that can stop at a moments notice if a snack needs to be distributed, then picked back up like there was no pause!

Her longtime CrossFit and Nutrition coaching background shows in everything she does.

Impeccable form, intentional movement, serious strength, and the kind of calm confidence that makes you stop and watch for a second. The ability to switch from balancing a barbell over head like a total badass, to calming a fussy Gubs is something we all admire.

Strong, capable, and wildly impressive.
