✨ STUDENT TEACHER TRAINING DAY! ✨

Today we had the absolute pleasure of hosting our Student Teacher Training Program as we get ready to kick off Season 5! 🩷🩵

We are SO proud of all of these incredible girls for committing to becoming fantastic mentors, role models, and educators to our younger dancers. Being a Student Teacher is about so much more than helping in a class—it’s about leadership, responsibility, patience, encouragement, and creating a positive experience for every dancer who looks up to you.

At SODC, we pride ourselves on strong mentorship, collaboration, and togetherness, and these ladies truly embody what it means to lead by example. We know our younger dancers will learn so much from watching these girls lead with kindness, confidence, and enthusiasm. 🥹✨
