This week has been about new beginnings and stepping out of your comfort zone to try something new☺️

The kids and grandchildren,teachers and parents are all back into the swing of things and I've welcomed new friends into my Align studio.

Last night we had laughs as a group of ladys joined me for a session of hammock yoga to "see what this is all about"

Happy Monday my friends. Summer is truly coming to an end but we had a beautiful weekend, and I hope each of you were able to enjoy a peice of it.
School begins next week and we will go back to all regular times. I will forward these times on to you by weeks end.
