Things we do at DeltaTrain that make us different 👇

• We program a lot of single-arm and single-leg strength work. This builds real strength, improves balance, and helps prevent injuries- not just lifting heavy for the sake of it.

• We don’t buy into the myth that more sweat = a better workout. Effort matters, but smart structure matters more.

• Two days a week are strength-only classes. No rushing, no conditioning tacked on- just focused strength work so you actually get stronger.

• When we do metcons, they’re intentionally programmed. You’re not meant to leave absolutely crushed every day. Constantly redlining doesn’t make you stronger or faster - it just makes you tired.

The goal isn’t to survive workouts.
It’s to train in a way that works long-term 🔥🙌🏼

Hey 👋 I'm Alana! Here's a little intro for those of you who don't know me:

👩🏼‍🏫 I’m a Certified Health and Nutrition Coach and Personal Training Specialist

🏋🏼‍♀️ I’ve competed in Dance, Bodybuilding, Endurance Races, CrossFit…basically anything that doesn’t involve a ball! 🙃

🥗 I have personally experienced issues with disordered eating behaviours; these challenges have given me a greater understanding of the complexities that many people face when it comes to health and wellness

♥️ I have derived so much satisfaction working with individuals by helping them achieve their health and nutrition goals. We achieve this together by focusing on individualized sustainability

I work with clients 1:1, both in-person and online. Some of my specialties include:

•Optimizing Body Composition (Fat loss & Muscle gain)
•Fuelling Exercise Performance (CrossFit, Strength and Endurance Sports)
•Cultivating a healthier relationship with food and self
