🏆 Winter LionHeart Games Winners! 🏆
The results are in, and wow, this crew understood the assignment. 💪🔥
🥇 1st Place – Mahya R
She has been a long-time member of F45 Sunnylea, but this was her first LionHeart Games and she came in swinging.
Her goal was to gain muscle, which meant making some real changes to her nutrition and she absolutely crushed it. She gained over 5 lbs of muscle and losing 4.2% body fat in 6 weeks. That is a HUGE achievement. 👏
She won 2 passes to Scandinave Spa because gaining muscle also earns you a little luxury. 😌
Amazing work, Mahya! Now please heal that knee so we can get you back in here. We miss you. 😂
🥈 2nd Place – Miss Genny
She had a similar goal: gain muscle. With help from our nutritionist, Irish, she adjusted her diet, lifted heavy, prioritized sleep, and hit her target.
She gained 4.2 lbs of muscle and lost 3.7% body fat in 6 weeks! 💪
She also won 2 passes to Othership for some well deserved recovery afterall all that heavy lifting. 🧖♀️🔥
🥉 3rd Place – Carrie S
She came in with a 1 lb muscle gain, 2.5 lbs lost, and a 1.8% drop in body fat.
Normally, she avoids the structure of the LionHeart Games but this winter it was exactly what she needed to make real progress toward her goals. Amazing work, Carrie! And she won a $50 gift card at LSKD for some new sweats 👏
⭐ Runner-Up – Susan GJ!
She was thrilled to lose 5.6 lbs in 6 weeks. She did it without losing muscle, which is a massive win.
With guidance from Irish, she learned new strategies for adding more protein and fibre into her routine, and it paid off beautifully. 🙌
Congrats, Susan! Strong, smart, sustainable progress. 💪
⭐ Runner-Up – Mark N!
Mark, also a long-time member and frequent LionHeart Games participant, but this winter he really buckled down and lost almost 10 lbs. Fantastic work, Mark! 🔥
And because he clearly enjoys a challenge, he’s already back for the Spring LionHeart Games, this time with a goal to gain muscle.
Go Mark Go! 💪👏
Big congrats to all our winners and runners-up. These results came from showing up, lifting heavy, eating with intention, sleeping like it mattered, and staying consistent even when motivation was low.
