Tomorrow many of our high school runners will be participating at the Brock XC Invitational. They are still in training mode and doing workouts right now so they will be just doing tempo efforts rather than actually “racing” yet - however we wish all a great day and a feel good race. The best is yet to come!! Thanks to all coaches who will be present to support athletes. 💙🙏🏼💛 ⚔️🛡 🔷🔶

Congratulations Oliver C-V! What a great race you had. From finishing 8th at his group meet the first time, I said you’ll finish even better than that at DSBN and he did. 4th with still picking off some spots at the end. You should be proud of this race but you can still do even better than this! Wait until this time next year. Way to go!! 💙👏🏻💛 ⚔️🛡 🔷🔶

The Junior Boys race was probably the highlight of the day with not just over half of the Top 10 but a lot of the Top 20 going to our club athletes. Here are a few more of the athletes in the top 10 and if the others could send photos as well that would be great. Maher 🥇, Jack B 🥈, Liam C 🥉, Bentley (not pictured) 4️⃣, Will W 6️⃣, Harry 9️⃣, and Leon 🔟 to round it out. This was awesome and then there was another string of boys in the top 20. Really great work by all and shows the strength of the Coach Al crew. These boys also just won a provincial gold 🥇 at the AO Rising Stars Championships a few days ago too. Very impressive!! 💙👏🏻💛 ⚔️🛡 🔷🔶
