Our final night of 2025, one final time on the podium to close out this tough season.

It’s been a tumultuous year, ending with a strong night in the Frankenstein car, our Halloween special, where we drew for our heat start position, which had us starting last, 8th, in a tough heat, and needing to finish top 4 to get into the redraw. Had a good run to get in, and then ran up front all feature. In the end, 3rd was all we had, but it’s a testament to the turnaround the crew did from the insane hard luck and mechanicals we went through in the past weeks.

A massive thank you goes to the crew, sponsors, and fans, who stick in pitch even when the chips are down. 2026, we will come back better, and be the car of old, at the front, where we are most at home.

Started 2024 off with a bang!💥

Unfortunately, engine issues hindered our first night in the 650hp 358 Modified, and our race was prematurely ended by a broken oil line ceasing our run.

We showed good pace, with lots of positives to take away, and it was good to finally get those first laps under our belt, now we are back to the drawing board to get ready for this coming weekends events. We have a good package underneath us and will find our rhythm soon enough.

“If you ain’t first, you last.”

What a terrible race strategy. The 35 crew put that theory into practice. 8 DNF’s, 8 wins.

The season ended on a high, strong showings Super Dirt Week despite outside influence, and then finishing the season of with a World Short Track Championship win, it brings a ton of momentum into the 2024 season.

We can confirm that Nelson Mason will be moving up to the 358 Modified division Ransomville Speedway on Friday nights, and Merrittville Speedway on Saturday nights!

2023 was an up and down season for . Break out performances were shadowed by heartbreaking luck, but the front running pace and true grit of the #74 team led to new mountains being climbed, and a top 6 finish in the final Championship.

We can’t wait to see the green flag for 2024, and see our boy in Victory Lane.

Race day, and we come to the car this morning to find all the shocks have been stolen off of it in the middle of the night. Back to square one.

First off, a massive thank you to everyone who busted hump night and day to get both MaseRace Motorsport cars back together for this weekend. Both cars were mangled, chassis cracked, every piece bent or broke, and the team rallied to get both racecars back together from Wednesday night to be racing Saturday.

Sunday Night, we raced Humberstone Speedway, and there’s no other way to say it, we were the fastest car there by a ways. Fastest in heats, fastest in the feature. We made clean moves to get to the lead, before the yellow came out. Under yellow, getting ready to restart the race, we were taken out by the car behind us.

In Bizarro world, we weren’t allowed to get our spot back, we were blatantly taken out, leader of the race, before it even went green, and we had to restart 20th, with a newly destroyed racecar. The picture below depicts how our car looks after every race we do in wreckfest Canada against the brilliant competition north of the border.

With that joke in mind, we drove back up through to 8th. The night was a complete joke, unfortunately we are too busy rebuilding our car to have a chance to laugh about it.

I really want to thank all of our partners and crew, who have worked 72hours straight to weld the chassis back together and get them not only race ready, but to be the class of the field. Truly can’t wait for the Canadian season to end so we don’t need to have anymore of these joke races.

On another note, congrats to Jordan Cosco on winning a special night for he and his family, very happy for you mate.
