Join us on Friday, June 5th for a special Friday Night Lights session featuring pro player Louise Forsyth !

Louise recently completed her 2025-26 professional season in Spain and brings a wealth of experience from every level of the game. Originally from Brookswood Secondary, she went on to play NCAA Division I basketball at Gonzaga University and the University of Idaho before beginning her professional career overseas.

Get to know Coach Kwame ๐Ÿ€

Coach Kwame is a student of the game and a coach who brings energy, discipline, and passion to every session. After developing at Holy Cross Regional High School and CTA West Post-Grad Academy, he continued his basketball journey at Mount Allison University.

For Coach Kwame, basketball has always been bigger than the game itself. Itโ€™s about building confidence, discipline, and habits that carry over into everyday life.

His message to athletes is simple:
Things wonโ€™t always go your way, but the people who stay consistent, keep working, and keep showing up are the ones who come out on top.

Weโ€™re excited to have Coach Kwame helping lead the next generation at Hard 2 Guard.
