We’re so happy to have you practice with us. To help everyone enjoy a calm, smooth, and peaceful experience, here are a few gentle reminders before you arrive:

Please silence your phone before class
Kindly set your phone to silent mode, including vibration, so everyone can fully settle into the practice.

Arrive on time
To support a calm class environment, we are unable to allow late entry once class has started. Please give yourself a little extra time to arrive, check in, and get settled.

Use the Momence app for bookings
We recommend downloading the Momence app to manage your class bookings and cancellations. It’s the easiest and most convenient way to stay organized.

Sunday building access
Our building is locked on Sundays. When you arrive, please buzz the intercom to enter — we always leave a note on the intercom to guide you.

✨ Wild Thing, Your Way ✨Also known as Rock Star or Flip Dog, Wild Thing is a beautiful heart-opening backbend that combines the strength of Side Plank with the freedom of a flip.

This pose helps:
🌿 Open the chest, shoulders, and hips
💪 Strengthen the arms, back, and core
🌙 Build confidence, balance, and body awareness
💛 Invite a sense of playfulness into your practice

But here’s the most important part: your Wild Thing doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s.
You can start with a variation to feel supported, build into an intermediate version when your body feels ready, or explore the advanced expression with more openness and lift.

Yoga is not about forcing the “full pose.”
It’s about finding the version that feels safe, strong, and honest for your body today.
