We’re introducing a new way to experience wellness at Kevala through private, appointment-based 1-on-1 sessions.

We’re beginning with Reiki - a gentle practice offering dedicated time to slow down, receive, and reconnect while supporting relaxation, balance, and overall well-being.

60-minute in-studio sessions are now available, with 2 appointment slots every Saturday.

On June 21, we came together on the White Rock Pier to celebrate the International Day of Yoga - honouring connection, presence, and community.

Our heartfelt gratitude to the City of White Rock for supporting this gathering, and to Kevala’s teachers, members, volunteers, and everyone who joined us and helped make this day so meaningful.
