Just a reminder that our Toddler Time is available Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, giving parents the opportunity to get their workout in while their little ones stay busy and have fun.

Some great sources of iron include lean red meat, poultry, seafood, beans, lentils, tofu, spinach, pumpkin seeds, and fortified cereals. There are two types of dietary iron: heme iron (found in animal foods), which is more easily absorbed by the body, and non-heme iron (found in plant foods), which can still be a great source when paired with the right nutrients. 🥩🥬
