Thank you to each and every one of these amazing women for attending my Spring Zumba class through the Stonebridge Community Association. I truly appreciated your dedication , hard work and playful attitudes! I also had a lovely Monday Stretch class crew I did not capture a picture of. I’m excited to keep the party going by offering my own Indoor classes for the first time this Summer! Stay tuned for more details soon 🥰

Back to outdoor class planning which I absolutely love

In need of some gentle movement and stretching ? Drop-in to Stretch Fusion class this Thursday 12-1 or any week until the end of June!

It’s a lovely , slow moving class starting with some gentle , flowing qigong and yoga inspired movement with the final half hour or so being longer held stretches on the mat .

Release tension and relax the body. Do something nice for yourself. 😊

A wonderful time was had by this group last night dancing , smiling and laughing together ! I’m having a blast Sunday nights teaching this lovely group of ladies from the Saskatoon Nepalese Community.

A reminder the soft deadline is quickly approaching tomorrow night for Monday Stretch 7-8pm and Tuesday Spring Zumba 6:30pm at St Kateri School through the Stonebridge Community.

Spots are limited and filling up quick! Register now if you think you’d enjoy some fun and movement in a friendly group environment

There is a still time to sign up for my Winter Zumba and Stretch classes! Deadline for Stonebridge classes is January 2nd (Registration is permitted after with a $15 late fee)

Thursdays Stretch Fusion 12-1pm Stonebridge

Fridays Zumba 6:30-7:30pm St Kateri
