Our alternate logo, a symbol of strength, stability and persistence...

When I ran with this, it was a tie in to the Fundy name but it represents so much more. When Coach Tony came to me with this idea for displaying our members medals I was immediately sold. It's taken a little bit to put it all together and I want to thank both coach Jason and Tony for all the 3D printer work. When you earn a medal for your hard work under our banner, we will proudly display it!

I've mostly been posting on the CrossFit page this week to help coordinate efforts to support Scott, Karen and Sadie. But I wanted to acknowledge the tremendous support this group has contributed as well.
I am grateful to the membership that we have and the hearts that you share when we need them.

We will close our doors on Thursday at noon to allow coaches and members to attend services. We will reopen Friday for regular hours.

TIME SPAN: 9am - 4pm

We will still have space to work on the CF side as the WOD has been modified for this purpose. Please be aware you may need to move several additional feet to set up your weights. Yes, we will consider this cardio.

Thanks for your understanding. This work is necessary to support building upgrades happening in other parts of the building.
