Avery - Best All Around Cheerleader

Avery was brand new to both the team and sport, but there was nothing new about her skills.

At the first tryout, Avery was spotted for both front and back walkovers as she hadn’t done them before. Before the tumbling segment was over, she was throwing these on her own. From there she competed with a standing front handspring and a running front handspring, and nailed every single tumbling pass in the routine.

Avery’s instant connection with her backspot and her bases, and the work her stunt group put in allowed them to very quickly perfect a skill and move on to the next one. There wasn’t a single skill that Avery was hesitant about trying. Her height in tosses rivalled the height of the returning flyers, which made for friendly competition during practices.

Her facials while performing showcased her presence on the floor, drawing the eyes of the spectators.

We are so proud to recognize Avery as the Best All Around athlete this year. Congratulations Avery!

Aubree was a returning gemstone this year, bringing back her infectious smile and love of cheerleading.

Every single skill needed for cheer, you can see Aubree’s passion for this sport just shine through.

Her enthusiasm is shared with every single teammate, inspiring them to work harder and really bring facials into their performances.

Aubree is another athlete who really fosters that sense of family, making every athlete feel welcome and appreciated.

Paige - The Sweetheart Award

Paige was a returning athlete to the Diamonds this year, contributing to every aspect of cheer.

Every single practice sees Paige walk in with a huge smile on her face and a greeting for each teammate. She is always one of the first to start laying out the mats, and is always ready for practice, and commits fully to executing on each skill.

She brings that commitment to each stunt skill, and tumbling skill, quickly setting her mind to achieving them.

We foster an atmosphere of family in our cheer programs, and Paige is a huge advocate for setting that dynamic of inclusion and welcoming atmosphere.

We are so proud of everything that Paige accomplishes in practices and during competitions, but also for being that person in the background setting the tone of family.

Congratulations Paige!

Anna - Shine Bright like a Diamond Award

Anna was a returning athlete this year and we are so proud of everything she accomplished!

There isn’t any skill in cheer that Anna doesn’t push for - being mindful of technique and executing on those skills, during practices and on the competition floor.

Every stunt skill that we throw at Anna she achieves, always with a smile on her face and encouraging her teammates to push for each skill.

We saw Anna set more tumbling skills for herself this year, and she kept working hard to connect those skills.

Anna has every facet of a gemstone, bringing that sparkle and finesse to the competition floor. Congratulations Anna on being named our Shine Bright like a Diamond athlete, setting a great example of what our cheer program is all about.

Elise - Super Stunter

Elise was a returning Diamond this year. She knocked off skill after skill last year, and walked into the gym this year and continued the trend she started last year.

She continued to perfect and achieve tumbling skills, approaching each skill with ease and confidence.

Her jump height and ex*****on makes her an athlete that stands out on the floor.

This athlete attacks every single stunt skill, and serves as both a back spot and base. Elise always gives 100% at practices and competitions. She takes every skill we throw at her and gets it done.

We are so proud to recognize Elise as our Super Stunter for this year. Congratulations Elise!

Lily - Sassiest Cheerleader

Lily was a returning gemstone this year. This is an athlete who loves cheer and loves performing the routine, giving her all while on the floor.

Not only does Lily work hard, but she inspires the team to put the work in, and is always mat talking encouragement to the team.

Lily is always point person in the dance because of her timing and facials. She remembers every single count and performs each motion with sass and class, drawing the spectators eye right from the first count.

One of our voiceovers in our routine this year was we came here to slay, which Lily did every time she stepped on the mat.

We are so pleased to recognize Lily with the Sassiest Cheerleader award. Congratulations Lily!

Lily - the Sparkle Award

This was Lily’s second year as a gemstone. We saw so much growth from her during the first year and were excited to see her build on those skills.

This athlete continued to knock off new tumbling skills and stunt skills, all while working hard to improve jump height and dance motions, performing with great facials and sass.

Every year our athletes embody the traits of what our cheer program stands for: hard work, commitment to the sport and team, cheering for other cheer programs during competition, and being an ambassador for our school. Lily does all these things!

The love Lily has for this sport shines through in everything she does. We are so proud to recognize Lily with the Sparkle Award. Congratulations Lily!
