SUNDAY POP UP⚡️ Join us this Sunday, June 14th for a full body workout! We will be doing circuit style, with some weights, cardio and boxing combos on the heavy bag! Everyone is welcome, no matter if you’ve been before or not (we can supply gloves and wraps)! There are always accommodations that can be made😇
