Do you wait for practice to start, or do you prepare for practice to start?

Those are the only 2 options for players, you lead level players don't wait for anything to start elite level players prepare for everything to start that would be my next question, do you have a pre practice preparation?

Then the question after that is how similar is that to your pregame routine, if you only take games seriously, but you don't take practice seriously, then you won't be the player that you're capable of and you certainly won't be the team that you're capable of so preparation during the unseen hours, is the number one, separator for players and for teams.

Using the highly refined Shuffle Groin kick to set up a chain of events that'll greatly improve your odds in a violent encounter.

The drill:

From long range, intercept your adversary with the Shuffle Groin Kick, then recover back to long range.

Now fake the Shuffle Groin Kick to get a hand dropping reaction opening up the high line.

Follow up with a Shuffle Eye Jab and recover back to long range.

At no time in the street do you want to get caught in a duke it out situation or trying to outbox your adversary, save that for your sparring sessions in the gym or dojo.
