Our next speaker at the Power of a Girl is Melody Garbe, with Dreamboards and Goal Setting.
Melody Garbe, is a community advocate, entrepreneur, and founder of Inspiring Virtues. Passionate about empowering others through compassion and connection, she is dedicated to creating spaces where people feel seen, valued, and inspired to grow. Melody combines leadership with authenticity, bringing both strength and empathy into everything she develops.
She is a 2024 Daughter of the Year recipient and Inspiring Virtues is Canadian Choice Award winner for Community Services - Red Deer for the last 2 years running.
Dreamboards- By combining images, words, goals, and affirmations, vision/dreamboards encourage clarity, motivation, and purpose. They create space to dream bigger, focus on personal growth, and intentionally align actions with future goals. Seeing your vision is the first step toward believing it’s possible.
Goal setting - is designed to help young people build confidence, create direction, motivation and develop practical tools for personal growth, the girls will explore their strengths, identify goals, and learn how to turn big dreams into achievable steps.
