You are amazing and valued! You deserve a day filled with love, gratitude and joy! Take today to remind yourself how amazing you are, how much you can and have accomplished! You are deserving of love, of being thanked, of creating a life within and outside of parenthood!

I just want to give a special thank you to all of the amazing mothers and women I see crushing life while working and being a parent! It's a hard job; but here you are doing it flawlessly! Doing it tired, doing it sick, doing it while stressed out or when life events happen. 🩷

The world is full of difficult things;

You get to take control, you get to make the decisions. So choose your hard.
Choose making healthy habits a priority, choose finding ways to become more active. Choose your happiness, your peace and your mental health. Choose you. It's hard. It takes practice. It takes work. But the rewards that you can reap when you find yourself in determination is going to feel so good.
You deserve to give yourself what you need to live a healthy, nourishing life.
