New client came today from Alberta thats a draft pick for the cougars playing intersquad games expressing issues with his skates. We found both sets of blades were off by one to two bars. We have his blades dialed in for his next ice time and we will try to catch a game tomorrow.

It was a busy day at Precision Edge getting players prepared for their upcoming out-of-town tournaments.

Today’s work included repairing deep rock chips, repairing loose rivets, restoring a player’s blade profile after a year of regular sharpening, and a some straight forward sharpenings. We’ve reorganized and made more room in our shop to create a more welcoming and convenient experience for our clients.

We’re excited to announce that we’re now fully equipped to sharpen figure skates! We will be offering a tiered pricing system based on the type of figure skate blade you have.
