At CrossFit PTBO, we offer group classes Monday to Friday starting at 5:30 and 6:30 in the morning for those of you who want to get your workout done before the day even starts.

Our unlimited members also have after-hours fob access — so you can train on your schedule, not ours.

Our equipment is state of the art, consistently maintained, and the gym is temperature controlled — so no excuses summer or winter.

But honestly? What makes us different isn’t just the equipment or the schedule.

Things are getting exciting around here — and we cannot wait to show you the final result! 🔧

We are in the middle of a gym upgrade and the transformation is already underway!

Here’s what’s happening:

🏗️ Half the rig is already down
⚙️ Existing bars are being fabricated and prepped
📐 The rig is being moved to 4 feet from the wall instead of 6 — freeing up valuable floor space for YOU
📅 The other half gets completed next week

Every decision we make in this space is made with our members in mind — more room to move, more room to train, more room to do what you came here to do. 💪

The community is warm, welcoming, and supportive. The coaches meet you where you are at but challenge you to meet your goals. The gym is top notch!

The workouts are diverse and challenging.
It’s only been a few months but I am feeling stronger and more confident each week.
