Reiki Restorative Yoga offers more than relaxation. It supports the body’s natural recovery systems. ✨❤️
Through supported restorative postures, mindful breathing, and Reiki, participants are invited into a state that encourages parasympathetic nervous system activation, often called the “rest and digest” response. Research on yoga and mind-body practices shows benefits including reduced stress, improved heart rate variability, better emotional regulation, enhanced relaxation, and improved sleep quality.
Many participants leave feeling calmer, more grounded, mentally clear, and physically restored. Reiki is used as a complementary practice that may further support relaxation, emotional well-being, and stress reduction.
