a fun warm up game to get our threes, fours and 5 year olds moving in our littles summer camps. I call it Easter egg hunt! Go simple I had a bunch of dodgeballs and varying Heights, the littles are released, once they find a dodgeball AKA marshmallows, they have to bring them and put them in the bucket. This is a great warm-up game for ascending and descending. It's a perfect time to work on good climb up technique, as well as good descent technique. Also great for cat Landings and simple Landings and rollouts for little kids. But most of all they love it and it's a heck of a lot of fun. Just a reminder kids camps ages 4 through 6 and youth camps ages 6-13 are on all summer long. check out our website for camp times. Ethosparkour.com

Grad Open is a free grad drop in at our awesome facility from 7-10 pm. this Friday 19th...*** Note (space will be limited, so first come first served) We hope to see you this Friday 19th. and remember- bring a water bottle, runners and some comfortable gear to have fun in. -Student waivers are need for addition and available at ethosparkour.com. *bring signed copies with you or email to [email protected]
