The MPCL T30 batting leaderboard is locked in for the mid-season! Massive congrats to the boys holding down the top spots—absolute class ex*****on out there. 🎯

​Cricket is a game of strategy, and yesterday, our plan worked to perfection.

​Winning the toss, we elected to bat first to put runs on the board. Early wickets tested our depth, but in moments like that, true champions show their colors. Everyone pitched in, grinding for every run with immense responsibility. Abu and Hardik played vital, gutsy innings in the middle to push our total to 129.

​Heading into the second innings, we knew our opponents brought massive, respectable talent to the crease. Defending a total like that takes more than just skill—it takes massive courage, discipline, and the hunting instinct of a lion.

​What happened next was pure theatre. Taha took the ball for the opening over. First delivery: a sharp edge, caught cleanly behind by Hashir Alvi. Second delivery: the unforgettable sound of timber as the middle stump was uprooted from the ground. Two balls, two wickets, and the Shers were roaring.

​But the real magic of the day was how the entire unit hunted as a pack. It wasn't about a single performance. From the relentless pace of Bhagwan, Bashar, and Harshid—they had absolutely no answer to the pace attack—to the sharp, suffocating spin of Shazil, Nazar, Hardik every single player who took the ball came in with one burning desire: to win the game.

​We’ve pulled off massive defenses like this in the past, but executing it under this kind of pressure never gets old. Through unbreakable unity and collective ex*****on, Sher bowled them out and successfully defended 129.

​The opposition won the toss and elected to bat, but our bowling attack had other plans. A massive shoutout to Nazar Syed, who was absolutely unplayable today—bagging a lethal 5-wicket haul and a well-deserved MVP performance to restrict them to 120! 🎯🔥

​Our chase started strong with a solid 75-run opening partnership from Owais and Suhaib. Special callout to Suhaib for some absolute fireworks with the bat, smashing a quick-fire 50 that was a pure sight to watch! 🎆💥

​Then... a mini-collapse gave us a bit of a scare. 😅 But the OG Sher, Kartik (KD), showed his experience, held his nerve at the bottom, and played some great cricket to see us through!

​We take the W by 3 wickets, but we also take the lessons. Heads down, stay humble, and back to work. 📈
