h the right environment and they will find the dancer within. Year round, Sandra Amodeo Dance Studio offers a wide variety of classes for all levels and ages, boys and girls. With recreational, part-time and full-time competitive team options, you are sure to find a program that suits your family's lifestyle. Students who dance with us develop self-discipline, a strong work ethic, leadership abilities and interpersonal skills; all of which contribute to greater self-esteem. Many of our students have achieved success in the world of dance but also in commercial, film and stage acting, modelling and cruise ship entertainment. SADS students have been accepted to the National Ballet of Canada's Training program, worked with famous pop-stars, danced on Broadway, been accepted into prestigious post-secondary performing arts programs, danced on the Argonaut Cheerleading Team and the Raptors Dance Pak and more. Several have gone on to become inspiring teachers and choreographers. All of our students blossom into proud and accomplished individuals. Over 45 years of experience, the loyalty of our SADS family and the smiles on the faces of former students who now bring their children to dance with us are a true testament that we have evolved into more than just a dance studio. And just like that… our Season 50 competitive season is coming to a close. 💜💛

As we look forward to our year-end comp team party this evening, we can’t help but reflect on what an incredible season it has been and look back on one final, unforgettable weekend at OTF Dance.

From our novice dancers to our PT and FT teams, this season was filled with growth, resilience, unforgettable performances, and so many special moments both on and off the stage. was the perfect way to close it all out surrounded by inspiring talent, supportive families, passionate teachers, and dancers who gave their hearts to every performance.

We are endlessly proud of every student who represented SADS this season with determination, class, passion, and pride. The awards were exciting, but the memories, friendships, and sense of community will always mean the most.

Thank you to our incredible faculty, families, and dancers for making our Season 50 Comp experience one we will never forget.

Our NEW Part-Time Flex Competitive Program is the perfect bridge between recreational and competitive dance training, created for dancers and families seeking a moderated schedule while still receiving the exceptional instruction, performance opportunities, and competitive team experience SADS is known for.
With a minimum commitment of just 4 classes per week and participation in 2 local competitions per season, Part-Time Flex helps dancers to balance academics, extracurriculars, and social commitments while continuing to grow technically and artistically in a supportive competitive environment.

As we wrap up our Season 50 competitive year, we’re taking one more moment to celebrate our team… starting with our IGNITE kiddos 🍀

Our youngest competitive dancers (ages 5–7) stepped onto the competitive stage this season for the very first time… and wow, they were anything but beginners. From multiple overall awards to special recognition all season long, they performed with confidence, professionalism, and so much joy on stage ⭐️⭐️⭐️

But more than the results, it’s their growth, the genuine excitement and pure love for dance that made this group so special. 💜💛

We are beyond proud of our Season 50 Ignite team and cannot wait to watch each of you continue to grow. The future is so bright 🙌
