She specializes in helping alleviate symptoms arising from allergies, colds, headaches/migraines, arthritis, sinusitis, digestive disorders, skin eruptions, emotional conditions, weight issues and more. The modalities Josie uses are also proactive in helping to strengthen client's immune systems to help them to stay Simply Well, Naturally. Josie is passionate about guiding people into balance though natural means. She believes strongly in integrating mental, emotional, spiritual and physical realms in order to help clients achieve and maintain healthy and fulfilling lives. Josie loves the creative aspect of teaching and she brings a smile, positive spirit and insightful meaning to her classes. With over 10 years of corporate experience in Sales and Training and raising two children, Josie can empathize with the fast-paced lives of her students/clients and she enjoys helping them achieve homeostasis. Natural medicine, Yoga and Qi Gong help to continually ground Josie so that she can effectively help others ground themselves. These modalities also remind Josie to live in the moment, go with the flow and just breathe. Josie is ready to assess your chief complaints and offer
solutions that are best suited to your needs to help you to
