Lumsden Curling Club is extremely lucky to have Darrell as a part of our club. He has poured countless hours and hard work into our club. We are so grateful for everything Darrell has done for our community. Very well deserved 🥌
Darrell Brandt is this year’s launch director! For several decades, Darrell has made a lasting impact in the community.
Darrell is an incredible volunteer who has dedicated decades to the Lumsden curling community. From making and maintaining the ice, serving on boards, organizing bonspiels, and helping with programs, to coaching countless young curlers, he has always been willing to lend his time and expertise. He has helped train many of our ice makers, coached several teams to provincial championships and played competitively himself. His commitment, knowledge, and willingness to help have made a lasting impact on our club, and we are incredibly grateful for everything he continues to do.
Darrell will be pulling the rope to drop our 35,000 ducks into the river on September 7th at 2:30pm. Please help us cheer him on! 👏
