Thank you! Please help us meet our goal and get those last few remaining tickets!

Thank you is simply not enough to express our sincere gratitude! We went from not breaking even to hopefully selling all 25,000 tickets in one month!

To clarify, we are NOT sold out yet! Our Jail and Bail event will still be happening Friday, September 3rd. There are also some tickets available in Lumsden.

All the race day events on Monday, September 6th will be the perfect chance to celebrate, but don’t plan on buying your tickets there as they may be gone.

If you have not returned your ticket books yet, please do so ASAP so we can meet our goal of selling out.

Hey Local Businesses ( Regina ones as well ) the derby needs our help! We challenge all businesses to buy books of tickets!! 1 book is $125. We will buy 2 to start with,,,, how many will you buy? Etransfer to [email protected] to buy full books or Go to duckderby.ca and buy some now!! Or stop in at Jane Dough’s and grab some. Tag us with how many you got. Show us up. We double dare ya!!!

Time to face the facts, we need your help to keep the Duck Derby alive and to support the rink with the ticket sale funds.

Here are the facts:
- we need to sell 25 000 to sell out.
- we need to sell 4 000 just to break even.
- currently, we have only sold around 3000 🥲

With no Craven Country Thunder this year we knew we would be taking a risk. In the past our volunteer committee went campsite to campsite selling about 50% or more of our total ticket sales there.

Therefore, I’m asking for your support in keeping this tradition alive and our rink funded. Unlike most rinks, we do not get tax dollars from the town. We rely on donations, fundraising and volunteerism.

We’re SO excited to announce that two months from today - Monday, September 6th, the ducks will fill the river once again!

The Lumsden Duck Derby is proud to offer breakfast, kids activities, trade show, parade, beer gardens and the DUCK 🦆 DROP!
