Full moon + sound bath 🍂🌕

Today was a beautiful afternoon ✨️
With the full moon energy, our feelings amplified like an emotional magnifier.

I was thinking while Alex played, the connection we as humans have to animals, to our humans to our natural world. The levels of loss/grief we have to sit with on a daily and the occasional waves of guilt we feel for going through our days feeling joy or happiness after loss.

Healing isn't linear, the loss of anything whether it be a pet, parent or child we all feel that loss deeply. The full moon is a time to feel, to let go, to hold cherished memories ✨️

Whether we are grieving the loss of ourselves, our expectations, our family or animals, we have been through enough heart ache and today is the day to let go. Reflect, hold onto them in their best light. Best memories. Shift into healing medicine. Become better because everyday we had them they made us better.

Thank you to everyone who came out today, be gentle on yourselves, sit quietly, breathe deeply & let go of the things that have been holding you down.

I can't thank Alex enough for playing for us today, for Dually, Diamonds & Polly holding space for us and allowing us the herds healing medicine.

Let's head into Fall/Winter a little lighter, brighter & ready to take on just a little more than we could the day before.

Happy Friday friends,
We have made it another week & what gorgeous weather we've been able to enjoy, feeling the last drags of summer!

Client announcement:
With the 2026 year coming to an end, I have done my best the last 6 years to keep my sessions affordable. Unfortunately the cost of fuel, feed, farrier, hay & everything in between has gone up.

All lessons, massage, massage & PEMF will all be getting an increased fee for sessions as of January 1st 2027.

I will still travel the island for one horse but please expect to see increased fuel charges, unfortunately I just cant keep traveling without adding fuel charges.

That being said I want to add a new piece of equipment to the roster. We've added the pemf vibe to sessions.

PEMF vibe is a pocket sized pemf, it has all the amazing things the large PEMF can do except pocket sized! This will be added to massage sessions, and the magnawave pemf will be a separate session added onto the massage options.

Thank you everyone who has supported this company the last 6 years, I couldn't do what I love without the support & trust from each of you!

I hope everyone enjoys the weekend, & does something that brings you happiness, joy & be thankful for the fact we get to have horse's!

There is a profound connection between horse's & humans, one that has driven us forward for thousands of years.

Horses are prey animals, the have an emotional awareness that has kept them safe, the fight & flight response. This response is something that humans share as well, we build up so much trauma, grief & try to continue our daily routines pushing down our feelings just so we can survive our daily lives.

How can horses help us release this?
They can help us regulate our emotions, being mirrors of ourselves, holding space for us and allowing ourselves to feel safe.

This allows us to build a mutual trust, feel loved and build deep bonds & connections with our partners, freinds, family, & the world around us.

This is such a beautiful thing to witness, to see how they have helped me over the last 20 years, to see how much they have helped my friends, family & clients over the last 6 years is such an amazing thing to not only witness but to be able to offer a space to do so.

I have been offering Equine Assisted Learning for some time now and space has opened up for new clients, if this is something you would like to try, please reach out & come meet the Topline Equine herd. Sunday was another great day with the herd & humans.

After the biggest lightning show I've ever seen here on the island, it was a great way to wind down, relax & release.

Alex from Nichi Healing • Holistic Healing for Adults, Children, & Animals played for us, held space & allowed for the horses to enjoy a wonderful afternoon, a great way to spend a Sunday!

Our next bath is october 25th from 1230-2pm 🩵

We look forward to seeing new faces & our wonderful repeats!

° Our hands versus other technology driven modalities °

While there are so many gadgets, lights, lasers, PEMF machines & massage guns out there, NONE of them compare to hands on work!

Using our hands have immediate responses, I can feel the texture, temperature & tension. I can feel & listen to the horse & give it time to respond & relax & or move away from me during the session.
It has immediate direct feedback back & aids in blood flow, increased ROM, physical & mental relaxation.

I myself own & operate a PEMF machine, it 100% has a place in the world of equine wellness. It targets inflammation, encouraging blood circulation and again aids in relaxation & overall wellness.

BUT this being said all areas of wellness have contraindications in massage & in other electronic driven modalities. Taking proper certification courses, continuing ones education & working alongside our vets & farriers ARE the best forms for keeping our horses healthy & happy!

Another beautiful sound bath success 🙌
It was a gorgeous rainy Sunday, with the sounds of the rain, copper bowls & horse energy.

It's beautiful to see the human turn out, but for me it was watching Dually & Rueben steal the show, both geldings have come out of their shell so much. Rueben was so engaged, enjoying the sounds, the people. To think only a few months ago he was so shut down and we were on the path to rebuilding not only his physical self, but his mental health as well.

We take for granted the fact we are so incredibly lucky to have these animals in our life & to many times I see them used as machines instead of just having them for what they want to do. Will he ever be in the 1D I couldn't tell you. But I am listening to him & letting him pick the path he chooses to live.

He holds space, he's incredibly kind & he has a space here on the farm because I know I need him as much as he needed this place. He teaches me kindness, patience & he teaches me even tho we have expectations, it doesn't matter your time limit it's about the time it takes to heal.

We all know healing isn't linear, but here we are horse's & humans, all trying to figure out this crazy life together.

Well the first sound bath of 2026 is in the books.
Alex did a fantastic job with the copper bowls, it was a beautiful mix of birds, trees, tones & the farm.

Duster the cat & Two-Step made their first sound bath debut & enjoyed spending time with some cool humans.

Dually & Diamonds loved being the main stage, while Polly held back & saved up her energy for the people after the bath. Enjoying some mother/daughter energy and soaking in all the love.

Having these events are just as much for the people as the animals, Diamonds had a big weekend & I'm happy she got to spend her Sunday enjoying the healing medicine as much as all us humans did. Being present and filled with gratitude, nature & love.

I can't thank Alex enough for coming and playing for us yesterday, it was a beautiful experience. I look forward to the rest of our summer dates.
