Tell people your goals to keep yourself accountable!

6 weeks in and down 13 Lbs and leaning out more!

Workouts are STILL the same. 30 minutes, 3 exercises, 6 days a week.

Still no extra cardio.

I even bumped my calories up an extra 300 the last 4 days.

Do this the RIGHT way, and it's much more realistic and achievable.

The holidays are super busy, so let's make a workout that's quick and effective.

Here is day 3!

3 Point Plank - 12 Lifts (3 Lifts from every limb in a circle)

Deadbugs - 12 reps

REPEAT For 5 minutes

Count your total rounds and try and beat it next time.

REST AS NEEDED.

You will be able to mix and match these next 5 workers together into one or multiple workouts 💪
