Team Sync or Swim headed to the Fairway Gorge Paddling Club in Victoria last weekend to race in the Super Sprints.

Another day of 200m sprints, tight racing, and full out efforts at the Fairway Gorge Super Sprints. Sync or Swim came away with a Grand Consolation Final win and a strong step forward early in the season.

Congratulations to Sync or Swim, our race team, on winning gold at their first festival of the season on Saturday.
The Burnwater Spring Sprint was hosted by Dragon Boat BC and took place at False Creek in Vancouver.

Today’s high seas adventure was a steer training session put on by our veteran steersperson, Vince.

Michelle, Colin and Julie all learned that Vince is indeed the GOAT, and makes a challenging job look easy!

In addition to paddlers, we’re always looking for steerspeople. It’s a great leg and core workout and lots of fun.
