LADIES LEAGUE UPDATE

Here are the updated scores and skins. There had been some confusion with a few names, but everything has now been reviewed, corrected and sorted out. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Please note that beginning Thursday, June 18, the Men’s League skins game fee will increase from $4.00 to $5.00.

🏌️‍♀️ Red Sands Ladies League – June 9, 2026 🏌️‍♀️ We had an amazing 77 golfers out for our second week of Ladies League! We hope everyone enjoyed the nice weather on our beautiful course!

🌟 Low Score of the Day Congratulations to Susan MacDonald, who shot an outstanding 35 to take low score honours!

Skins:
We collected $150 in skins this week. If you are one of the winners below, the amount will be added to your Red Sands account and can be claimed at the clubhouse at any time! Please make sure both your first name and last name are correct per the score sheet, so you are eligible for your winnings!

📢 Ladies League Reminders
1️⃣ You must always play with another person for Ladies League. If the person you are playing with is not participating in the league, your scorecard must be signed/attested to verify your score.
2️⃣ Skins: Please remember to mark on your scorecard if you have paid your $2 skins entry. If it isn't marked, you will not be eligible for skins payouts.

4️⃣ Please ensure scorekeepers can clearly read all names (first and last names) and scores. Please print neatly!
5️⃣ There is an 8-shot maximum per hole to help keep play moving at a reasonable pace.
6️⃣ Your Ladies League Board has some fun activities planned throughout the summer! To make sure you're eligible to participate, please sign up for the league at the clubhouse and pay your $20 registration fee.

🚧Construction/Roadwork Notice🚧

Please be advise that construction work will be underway here at Red Sands. During the coming weeks, all customers are asked to use the back door facing the third green (Please walk past the practice green and follow the flower bed to the back steps) to check in or purchase items.

⚠Please Note: There is also road work taking place on Kerrytown Road. Delays may be possible, so we encourage everyone to allow extra travel time and plan accordingly.

For your safety, please use caution when entering and exiting the area and be mindful of any construction activity, equipment, and signage.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while we complete these improvements. Thank you for your cooperation.

We had a great day at our kick-off golf tournament! Our winners of the green visors were Cam McGeoghegan, Nate MacLean, Henry MacKenzie & Coach Dawson McCormack, who combined to shoot a scramble score of 28!

We had a great turn out for the first Men’s League of the season on Thursday June 4th; we had 52 players for a total of $208 in skins to be split up as follows:

Low Hole #2 – $69.33 goes to the lone winner Donny Conway with a score of 2. Congratulations Donny!!

Random Hole #6 - $69.33 split 7 ways between Matt Gallant, Alex Campbell, Dean Arsenault, Bruce Cole, Neil Matheson, Dave Taylor, Scott Gallant each collect $9.90 with a score of 4.

Random Hole #9 - $69.33 split 9 ways between Donny Conway, Ken Robichaud, Dave Taylor, Roger Elliot, Gary Newsome, Dennis Cox, Keith Sigsworth, Terry Peters, Luc Van Hul each collect $7.70 with a score of 5.

Closest to the pin on #9 goes to Dean Arsenault.
Longest Putt of #8 goes to Derrick Badour.
Low Score for the week goes to Mike Walker with a 34.
