I love introducing yoga to toddlers and kids in this fun way. They are such mimics and love doing what their grown ups do. Animal poses, yoga freeze dance, yoga breath…all great ways to start. Gently move a Lego creation out of the way and join me for a yoga snack 💜

This one is for my gorgeous prenatal folks! Lower back is to pregnancy what upper back is to postpartum…such a challenging part of pregnancy! These movements can help! Roll some monster cars out of the way and join me for a yoga snack 💜

Oh gosh I love prenatal yoga…sometimes I wonder if my love and appreciation for pregnant folks is overwhelming…I just love witnessing the transformation that happens over the weeks we are together. I watch you go through challenges and ups and downs and then you rise to meet this huge life event with such strength and love. You are incredible.

January 2026 class themes!

I love finding a focus to plan classes around for each session. This January is all about finding space and strength in different parts of the body for baby & me yoga and all about the foundations of mindfulness in prenatal. In superhero yoga we will find what’s SUPER all around us!

All classes build on the principles of blossoming heart yoga: movement, breath, and connection.

We have a few spots remaining in most classes and drop in spots will be added today if you’d prefer a more flexible schedule!

I can wait to see you in the studio!
