Meet your new coach.

Emma Korecki () is back at Fitness FX. RMT, Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor. She’s has spent her time coaching women through real strength work, and now she’s running her own signature program with us.
It’s called Stronger in 6.

6 weeks. 12 coached sessions. Real proof.
Two 50-minute classes a week, small group, every rep coached on form. You’ll do compound lifts, plyometrics, and mobility work. Two InBody scans bookend the program so the results aren’t guessed, they’re measured.

We’re hiring at Fitness FX!
Looking for part-time front desk staff for two shifts:
* Weekday mornings: 5:00 AM – 12:00 PM
* Weekday evenings: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

This isn’t just a job, it’s showing up for our members every single day. We need people who are consistent, reliable, and bring real energy to the front desk.
If you’re a morning person who thrives when others are just waking up, or someone who loves closing out the day with good people, we want to hear from you.

We did put out a call for staff not too long ago, but the timing just wasn’t right.

Happy Birthday to one of our own- this last year has been a big year for her- leaping out of the corporate world and into something she truly loves, now she’s changing lives one peri-menopausal conversation at a time. NEW CLASS: MOBILITY CONTROL with 🦖
