Last weekend, 3 of our Guelph MMA boxers stepped into the ring at the tournament in London. 💪

What a performance! Dana stopped all of her opponents early in the fights and brought home another tournament victory.

🔥 This is her SECOND tournament win of the year!

That kind of success doesn't happen by accident. It comes from hard work, discipline, commitment, and showing up every single day to get better.

For Tristan and Holly, the results didn't go their way this time. That's boxing. Not every fight ends with your hand raised, but every fight is an opportunity to learn, grow, and come back stronger. 👊

Sparring From Yesterday 🥊🔥

Sparring isn’t about looking good—it’s about being ready.

We believe in training as close to reality as safely possible. Controlled sparring helps our students learn how to move, react, stay calm under pressure, and make the right decisions when things get fast.

In this video, we purposely did not use headgear to show what real skills, movement, distance and defense look like without hiding behind equipment.

That doesn’t mean sparring is reckless. Safety, control and respect always come first. Our coaches control the intensity and make sure our students are learning—not just taking hits.
