William called out Liam after class to fight at the event. And at our gym we have a competitive environment that fosters healthy competition as a catalyst for personal growth and development. I have been coaching for almost half my life now and its always amazing to see how kids change for the better in martial arts.

Logan vs Tayvius was a test to see if Tayvius can keep his hands up while throwing heavy punches! He did a great job listening and showed great composure! Big thanks to Logan for being a great sparring partner!

Jace vs Logan was a really good matchup. They both have bright futures in combat sports if they stay dedicated and listen to their coaches. Very technical bout, I really enjoyed seeing them throw down.

Woah vs Kali was an explosive matchup. After the first round me and looked at each other and asked if the intensity was too much. We both shrugged and the ladies proceeded to slug it out. Kali fought her heart out and I stopped it once her reoccurring shoulder injury flared up! Coach Dana's boxing experience really made the difference and she represented the gym with grace and composure!

Devon lost because he was wearing purple hand wraps. Not because he has no calf kick defense. No matter the result, you're always my brother. My autistic giant dinosaur loving brother. We had a talk after. You are blessed to be surrounded with great friends. I'll always be in your corner big guy, we all need wake up calls. In this dangerous game, your opponent reveals all your flaws. Moments occur from habits.
