The 2026 season is almost here! 🌈 Zip Zag opens on the weekend of May 16. Weekend hours are 12:00–17:00 until June 27, then open daily from 10:00–18:00. Water Rush & Rainbow season runs from May to early June. Book your flight today! — Team Zip Zag

La saison 2026 approche à grands pas ! 🌈 Zip Zag ouvre ses portes le week-end du 16 mai. Nous serons ouverts les fins de semaine de 12 h à 17 h jusqu’au 27 juin, puis tous les jours de 10 h à 18 h.

La saison du Water Rush et des arcs-en-ciel se déroule de mai jusqu’au début juin.

Day 5 (January 9, 2026)

We have a brand new ice dôme that is ready for public viewing 😱
This structure will surely last for a few months so please come visit the 2026 Zip Zag Ice Dôme at Parc Provincial Mt. Carleton Provincial Park. We have once again topped it off with the Every child Matters flag as we believe this is an important cause. It is our way to pay our respect to the First Nation people! ✌️

PS if you think the structure is amazing during the day, then you have to see it at night as well because it is even more impressive. 👀

DAY 4 (January 8, 2026)

The Zip Zag Ice Dôme is done at Parc Provincial Mt. Carleton Provincial Park. Tomorrow we finish the door and install the very special flag on top! ☮️

DAY 3 (January 7, 2026)

The Zip Zag Dome is coming along really well at Parc Provincial Mt. Carleton Provincial Park

DAY 2 (January 6, 2026)

Another very productive day working at the 2026 ice dôme today at Parc Provincial Mt. Carleton Provincial Park. Four more rows locked in place today including a small access door. We are approximately halfway done now. First row on the ground had 69 blocks and the seventh row we are down to 53 blocks. There are 16 rows total in this year’s dôme.
