Also taking place this past weekend was Zone finals in Whitewater. Our small but mighty team of 6 athletes brought their A game - with 12… that’s right 12 top 10 finishes. Including a big 4th place finish for Natalie Gleeson in Kombi!!! Thank you to coach Bill, Nicole and Mack for making the journey and bringing the fun! Until next season all…

25 little GKHATers went to Lake Louise this past weekend for the Doug Meyer Invitational. And it did not disappoint. Dual GS, long jump, speed trap, wave rider and so much more. Our little speedsters ages 4-9 were ripping it up and hitting many TOP 10s. Thank you to our 4 coaches for supporting them through the final weekend of the season. Bittersweet 😀🥲

For the first time ever, GKHAT has a provincial champion! Seb Baker earned the top spot on the podium at U14 provincials at Apex Ski Club in GS. He also finished 7th in slalom yesterday, racing against 120 other boys from across the province. Huge THANK YOU to U14 coach Jamie for his endless support. Pretty proud day for all GKHATers.

2026 Kimberley Nancy Green Festival has come & gone and it was another massive success! GKHAT sent 51 of our U6-U12 athletes to participate in GS, long jump, ski cross and mogels. Thank you to Kimberley Alpine Team for hosting our kiddos and the plethora of GKHAT coaches guiding, motivating and leading our skiers. Fun fact: the top 3 in the U6 GS category … was a GKHAT sweep!! First, second, third .. all younger siblings of GKHAT athletes. Yes we produce fast skiers 😝

Zone race 2 at Red Mountain in the bag. Our awesome 8 athletes gave it their all and had so much fun. GKHAT really represented- especially cool to see 3 GKHATers in the top 10 of the U12 boy category. Special shout out to our first year U14 Jackson for cracking top 10 in slalom & first year U12s Kayden & Daphne for also cracking top 10!! These kids could not have brought their best without the patience, energy and coaching from Coach Mack & Matt. We appreciate you!
