We meet every Wednesday at Cowichan Exhibition (Mellor hall) 7-9pm to skate, practice drills, try some light derby learning if there’s enough people and a fair amount of goofing! Cowichan Valley Roller Derby is hosting an 8-week Learn to Skate program starting Wednesday, October 1st (7–8:30 PM). Whether you’re brand new or brushing off your skates, we’ll teach you everything from skating with confidence to stopping, turning, and even skating backwards!
Led by derby skater and kinesiologist Billie Kinsley, you’ll get strong, stay safe, and have a blast doing it—with support every step (and slide) of the way.

✨ Free bonus skate sessions in December!
