An exciting new chapter begins at One Last Rep! After six years of incredible growth and community impact in HRM, we are thrilled to announce an evolution in our leadership team.

Please join us in welcoming Lane George and Evan O’Toole to the OLR ownership group! 🤝

Moving Forward: Existing co-founder Cory Boutilier will continue as the primary owner guiding the company’s strategic direction.

Welcome Lane George: A familiar face since day one, Lane transitions from athlete, trainer, and program developer into a well-deserved ownership role.

Welcome Evan O’Toole: Joining OLR after his collegiate athletic career and bringing valuable experience from his own brand, O’Toole Baseball Performance, Evan brings a fresh perspective and entrepreneurial mindset to the table.

A New Role for Mike Konigshofer: Co-founder Mike Konigshofer will be stepping back from day-to-day operations and moving into a business advisor role. He will remain actively involved in coaching, mentoring, and supporting the development of our new ownership group.
