Hello Everyone,

I was just informed that Solauna will be moving location as of August 10th 2026 meaning our last Tai Chi & Qigong class in this location will be August the 4th. Sophie and Launa are moving to a new location in Crossfield. We thank them for being such gracious hosts and wish them all the best.

However, this means we need a new home for Tai Chi & Qigong in Airdrie. I am looking at renting a space in Airdrie for 12 weeks (one class per week) starting in early September running to the end of November. There are 2 time slots on offer and I am hoping to get your feedback on the best time.

They are:
Tuesday evenings from 5-6PM
- or -
Thursday evenings from 5:30 - 6:30PM

This would be run as a 12 week series of course if there is enough interest I could book both Tuesday AND Thursday. Costs are not determined at this exact time, but should be similar to the per class cost at Solauna. The biggest difference being I won’t be able to do a drop in or punch pass, it would be a one time fee for 12/24 classes due to the upfront rental costs.

Speaking of passes, if you have any outstanding passes, please make use of them.

For the remainder of August, classes will move to an outdoor location. (suggestions welcome)
