Request to join and I'll be popping in there once a day from Mon-Fri June 15-19 so you can listen in with me or catch the replay (~10 minutes) each day to help you feel "on track" with food this summer or at least take some pressure off!

Why Diets Keep Backfiring — and What You Can Do Instead

Here's the flow we'll follow:

Day 1: Why "Being Good" All Week Blows Up in Your Face by the Weekend.
Day 2: "Food Noise" Isn't Random.
Day 3: Why Summer Makes Eating Mindfully Feel Harder
Day 4: You Already "Know What to Do" (It's just too much).
Day 5: The Problem Isn't That You Need More Willpower

I'll be sharing some of my own story like how I lost 30+ pounds more than once, what stopped the rebound, and my own challenges with being post menopausal with everything that led up to this point.

We're going to talk about things like:

• why diets keep backfiring
• the deprivation → overdoing it cycle
• food rules that secretly create more obsession
• how to reduce food noise and guilt
• how to enjoy summer without feeling like you're constantly falling off track
• how to take care of yourself without turning food into your full-time job

The lives will be short and conversational — my goal is under 10 minutes each.

You can jump on live if the timing works, or catch the replay later. If you watch the replay, just comment "replay" or share a takeaway so I know you were there.

You can listen in and comment during the live video, or participate with the replay.

Private questions can be sent via DM as well and I'll answer them.
