Our usual programs sold out in record time—but we weren’t about to let that be the end of the story.

We’ve created new programs and opportunities for this fall, so there’s still plenty of ways to get involved, try something new, and make the most of the season. 🎉

🐴 SCHOOL’S OUT. HORSE CAMP IS IN! 🐴

We’re excited to introduce Rocky View Schools Closure Day Camps at Hudson Horsemanship!

When there’s no school, there’s no reason for the kids to be bored at home. We’ve got a full day of horses, riding and fun planned for those scheduled school closure days throughout the year.

Our full-day camps run from 8:30 AM–4:30 PM and are open to kids ages 7–15.

What can they expect?

🐎 Western riding
🧹 Grooming & horse care
🤠 Hands-on horsemanship
🎨 Games & crafts
🌲 Outdoor activities when weather allows
🔥 Plenty of time in our heated indoor arena

Whether your child is brand new to horses or already horse-crazy, our camps are designed to keep them active, learning and having a great time.

📅 Camps are offered on select pre-planned Rocky View Schools closure days.

No scrambling for childcare. No “I’m bored” by 9:07 AM. Just a day at the barn. 😉

✨ Introducing: What Women Want Wednesdays ✨

Sometimes you just need to leave the to-do list, the responsibilities, and yes… even the kids, at home. 😉

We’re launching What Women Want Wednesdays, a new series of casual Wednesday evenings designed for women who want a little time for themselves.

No riding. No pressure. No expectations.

Just horses, good company, new experiences, and a chance to unwind.

Join us for one session or come to them all. There’s no commitment to the whole series.

📅 First session: Wednesday, September 16
⏰ 6:45–8:00 PM
💰 $35 + GST per session (register for 3 or more to save 10%)
👩 Women 18+

That’s a wrap, folks! Our Fall 2026 Take the Reins: Intro to Horses for Adults program is officially FULL!

We are so excited to welcome this group of horse-curious humans to the barn and spend the next several weeks introducing them to the wonderful world of horsemanship. From groundwork and horse care to getting in the saddle, there’s lots to learn, lots to do, and undoubtedly a few muddy boots along the way. 🤠

The Fall puzzle has officially been pieced together and we have a few lesson spots available!

Tomorrow is the LAST DAY of our Summer Session, and then we roll straight into Fall! 🐴

Our Fall Term kicks off September 1st, and we are SO excited to get everyone back in the arena.

Welcome packages have gone out, so keep an eye on your inbox and reach out if you have any questions before your first lesson.
