At Key City Gymnastics we consider gymnastics the ultimate foundation for all sports. Gymnastics helps develop body awareness, strength, flexibility, balance, and co-ordination, just to name a few. Key City Gymnastics believes in enhancing confidence, physical and mental development, and providing an overall great experience. Our aim is to help children develop their self-confidence through mental

and physical development. Each child’s participation is very important and we want them feel good about themselves and their involvement. We offer a wide range of programs and class options at Key City so there is a place for everyone in the sport of gymnastics. We will do our best to develop each child to his or her full potential in their chosen program!

This girl!! ✨🩷

HUGE congratulations to Mila for such a successful National Championships this week in Ontario! She had a personal best AA performance as well as on Vault, Beam and Floor! She walked away from the week with two medals - 2nd place team and 3rd on floor finals! What an amazing way to finish off her big year! We are SO proud of her and her accomplishments - her dedication, drive and love for gymnastics is showing!

Second day started out with the silver crew - we are so proud of their performances! They had some great routines, scores and teamwork!
Our Xcel platinum and diamonds finished off the day - this crew is full of energy, laughter and great gymnastics! They had an awesome routines and great sportsmanship as always!

Grizzly Classic 2026 - Day One! ✨🩷

An amazing start to a packed weekend of gymnastics! Our bronzes had an incredible showing - we’re ranked for the first time and rocked their routines! We are so proud of what this crew has accomplished this year!
Our CCP 8-10’s had a fantastic competition - new skills, new levels, big smiles and a few tears! Congratulations to Chailyn and Paige for having a great last competition! We are so proud of you both🩷
This duo of CCP 7’s finished off the first day of competition in a big way! They are always so fun to watch and we love the way they support each other!

Mila is headed to Nationals! ✨🩷

We are so proud of her and her accomplishments this season - she has showed so much growth, strength, grit and determination as she made her way to this moment! Take it all in - enjoy the moment - and shine bright! It is so exciting to see her representing the club for the first time ever at Canadian Championships! We are SO proud of her and can’t wait to cheer her on Monday and Wednesday while she competes!

“The 2026 Artistic Canadian Gymnastics Championships bring together the country’s top athletes for a week of high-level competition, showcasing strength, precision, and artistry across all apparatus. As the premier national event in Canadian gymnastics, the Championships provide athletes with the opportunity to represent their provinces and compete for national titles against the very best in the country. 
For Mila, qualifying for this event marks a significant milestone in her gymnastics journey. Reaching the National Championships at the CCP Level 10 Junior level reflects years of dedication, discipline, and progression through the sport.
