Every class, you attend with Key City Zumba, embraces cultures, regions, rhythms from all over of the world, from Algeria, to Cuba, El Salvador to Greece, to India and Korea, the Philippines, Poland, Polynesia, from Serbia, Spain all the way to Trinidad & Zimbabwe (and many many more in between). Every single class is a trip around the world... the cheapest voyage you will ever have the opportunity to experience. Yes it is a latin fiesta of course but my Zumba class is SO much more than that. No commitment required, First class always FREE to try. In a world with so much hate and war, let's unite in dance together. Let's spread the joy and love.
Mon & Wed 5:45pm in the St. Mary's school gym or at the Rotary Park gazebo (weather permitting). Or try the beginner class on Tue at 5:45pm in the school gym only. Let's celebrate each other.

I set up a few activities in my Participaction Dashboard... if you want me to track your hours too, let me know and I will... I will be tracking attendees in my Zumba classes but if anyone of you do the other activities or would like me to add a new activity for you and track for you, let me know. Let's win Cranbrook this $100,000 while getting fit. Tracking starts tomorrow for all of June.

UPDATE: Looking pretty nice out there after all now... the plan is to dance at Rotary Park... unless it changes drastically!
The weather playing mind games with us again... To dance outside or inside, that is the question... stay tuned closer to 4pm for an update.

I entered Zumba and Zumba Gold in and will enter participant totals, but you are welcome to register your selves in to track yourself too.
I also created a walking group, a biking group and will also soon enter a roller skating group.

We are excited to announce that we have partnered with the City of Cranbrook and have entered our community into the ParticipACTION Community Challenge. This takes places throughout the entire month of June. This national physical activity and sport initiative encourages everyone in Canada to get active throughout June, ultimately recognizing Canada's Most Active Community and awarding it $100,000 to support local physical activity and sport initiatives.
