I have struggled with acne on and off, and as an esthetician I have always been looking for the missing link. One thing I kept coming back to was energy drinks. I not proudly drink 2 daily, after noticing my skin flaring up I did some deeper digging. High B12 content was triggering inflammation for me. It was throwing my skin off balance and causing those breakouts. I am not sharing this to shame myself or others. I just want to remind you that even small things, like B12 overload from daily energy drinks, can impact our skin. If you have been on a similar journey, I see you. Maybe take a look at your B12 intake and see how your skin responds. I just wanted to share my experience in case it helps someone else.
