Registration Information for September Classes

Now is the time to make a fresh start. Try something new. Move your body in a fun way.

We’re all starting again. Showing up just as we are.

I will be starting the group out slower and building our capacity. Movements can always be modified to meet you where you're at. I’ll show you how.

Mondays at 5:15 pm - Sept 14, 21, 28

Wednesdays at 7:00 pm - Sept 16, 23, 30

$15/class

• Pick the dates that work for you and pay for those dates.

• Your spot is confirmed once payment is received.

• Register your dates by commenting here, messaging me or texting 403-575-0213.

• 12 spots available/class

• Sept 14 and after, the Drop-In price of $20.00/class applies.

• Drop-in availability may vary and will be posted to the Facebook group page.

• Should a class be cancelled by me, you will be issued a class credit.

• No shows/cancellations will not be given a class credit or a refund
